having avatars

i think we should have an area in the profile where you could choose an avatar available it was hard to find mine but i love it and then when one avatar is tooken make it shady and put a stamp on it saying taken so that somebody wont use it an then theirs a fight

it was very hard to find a good avatar because when i browsed on the internet i had a blank mind not remembering any shows that i could possibly use...

just an idea doesnt need to happen but appreciated very much if u just look into it

It's a good idea, but with the tools we have, I'm pretty sure it's not actually possible nor compatible with Forummotion (This site's host), unless we really spent months looking into it and coding it...

If that's even possible, I don't think any of us have the savvy to do it.
Sorry. It's a great idea, and if it were possible, I'd agree to it, but there are only so much we can do. ;D

There IS an avatar gallery on this site. There's quite a few images on there, too- I just checked. OK, they're not the BEST images in the world, but they're there.

As for stamping it out and making it available to only one person...I'm not sure that's an available option to us, period. Forumotion is not that savvy with features like that. D8

i am a tad bit confused on what you're proposing.

Basically, the suggestion here is a feature to prevent two users having the same Display Picture by giving a gallery of Pictures to choose from, and once a certain picture from that Gallery is chosen by a User, it becomes unusable to other Members until the User changes it.

In short, This System would prevent two Members from having the same Display Picture, which is a problem that often results in fights.

The only problem is that it's quite impossible to do, unless we had a lot of Free Time, and very advanced Coding skills.

It's a good idea, the only problem is I'm not sure that any one of us know how to do it, or if it's even possible on Forumotion. :\

before.. i mean on some forums... ive seen it and it seemed like a piece of cake but probably would be the hardest thing... this is kinda off topic but if i wanted something in my siggy to flash and it says with, height what would i do and how?
