Sneaking Out As Usual

After being called a disgrace to the family for the tenth time that morning--she'd thrown a piece of paper at her into the bin. It'd bounced off her father's head before falling in. Ooops.--Cherrie had decided her parents wouldn't miss her for a while, so she'd snuck out.
Their attempts to stop her from doing so made the pinkette laugh. Each time they added one more guard. Each time Cherrie snuck past. She was smirking just thinking about it.
Anyway, here she was. Volcano Village. She'd heard it mentioned by the King before, when he'd commented on what a dangerous place it was.
"He just gives me ideas." She grinned. "The old man's almost as bad as me."
