I don't know if we have enough festivals or whether we have some planned, but I thought that if we didn't we could come up with some by running a comp!
Like, we could say that each main place has to have at least 1 festival, plus 2 others in wherever you want! At first it could be just for Spring or something, but if it works, who knows?
