Characters and Improvements... For Admins Only?

Since when do you have to be an Admin to post in the New Characters and Improvements thing?
I'd reccomend you fix that fast, because that's stopping new members (like me, for example) from creating their Characters. And if they can't do that, they wont stay on site for long.
Trust me on that one.
The bottom line is, Members can't create characters.
I think you might need to fix that~
