The girl with the golden hair.

Long ago a girl with gold hair lived with her mother by the hills. These mountains said to have horses that wanted to be wind. When her mother asked her to go to the hills for wood she obeyed with out question. The sun glinted of a gold root in a tree. Suddenly behind her hooves thundered past.One of the white horse's of the hills stopped and ate the gold. As the horse breathed out it sang the most beautiful song ever heard. It ran away. Every day she brought gold coins.. Every day she felt and heard the song. Every day she got told off for not being out in the fields with the other workers.When she ran out of gold no horses stopped. The next she cut off her gold like hair.This time when the horses ran by, they ate the hair.As they sang they became the wind. The girl felt free as if she were part of them, part of the wind. She was never seen again though the song she sang with the horses remained as she ran with the white horses......
