Wondering Around (Open)

Normally, he didn't have to wear a cloak. This time however, he did. It wasn't the fear of being recognized by the townspeople, they already knew who he was. It wasn't the dreading feeling that his parents were going to find out he was always sneaking out--they already knew. So, why did the young prince need to wear a disguise when he had sneaked out so many times before? What was the point? Well, for such a complicated question, there was a simple answer. The maid. If she found out that he was gone, she'd have a conniption. Then after she got done freaking out, she'd surely come looking for him.
It really sucked to be in disguise. Especially when it was 90 degrees out and all you had to wear was a black cloak. Romeo would have to come up with a better disguise later. Romeo was most often described by the town girls as tall, blond, and hansom! But once you got passed that, Romeo was just a normal teenager of medium height, overgrown blond hair, yellow eyes, a pointed chin, and a poker face. It was amazing how drastically being a prince changed your appearance.

Romeo gripped his cloak tighter around her neck. He just needed to stay out long enough until classes were over, then he'd come back. But seeming how that Romeo had a private tutor and he was the only student, they'd be out looking for him for a while. So chances were, he wouldn't be able to sneak back in until nightfall. Until then, he'd stay out.

It wasn't the first time Cherrie had been to this part of the Kingdom. She'd seen it from a different perspective, what with her actually being a princess and all, but at least she knew her way around...sort of.
It wasn't like anyone here knew who she was. Her pink hair was still visible, but tied up. Even if someone had a hunch, any simularity her true identity stopped there.
Stopping to rest, she noticed a figure in a dark cloak. Cherrie had pulled that one plenty of times before--contacts, she found, were so much easier--so she could tell it was somebody important. Somebody trying to avoid detection.
Hoping it wasn't obvious she was staring, she watched the figure carefully.

Romeo sat on the Town Square fountain and cautiously glanced around, looking for any signs of his servant girl or anyone else who would be looking for him. Seeing no one, Romeo took off his hood. Only for a little while. He decided. If things start to heat up, I'll make a run for it.
